Frequently Asked Question

For the pods who failed after update, please follow this procedure for each pod :

1. Open the pod with a screwdriver and remove the micro-SD card inside by pushing it.
2. Insert the micro-SD card in a Windows-based computer
3. Format the micro-SD card using default settings.
4. Copy the three files contained in the attached zip file (update, firmware and asi3010) on the micro-SD at the root.
5. Insert the microSD in the pod and close the pod.
6. Connect the pod to a computer and wait 30 seconds until it starts and appears on the computer.
7. The update is done.
