Frequently Asked Question
Analyze FieldWiz - What should be done when a report displays certain disproportionate data (eg speed 50km/h, distance travelled: 30km, etc.)? (EN)
Last Updated 10 months ago
If you notice an excessive top speed (eg 50 km/h) or an extremely high distance traveled, this is in 95% of cases due to a bad GPS signal.
For example at half-time, the players return to the locker room and are therefore inside, there may be interference and loss of GPS connection. This can cause erroneous value recordings which will generate false statistics.
How to solve this problem?
- Open the relevant statistic, click on the "Install" tab, then click on "Period settings".
- On the graphs, you will find that when approaching halftime (or at the start or end of the match) there is always a signal that is "longer" and disproportionate to the rest.
- You must reduce the time period or split it into two parts so that the erroneous part is no longer taken into account.
